How to Change or Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Account > Billing in your eInsightsAI workspace.
- Select Change Plan.
- Choose Starter, Professional, or Enterprise and your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
- Review the summary and confirm the change.
Effective Date
Plan changes take effect immediately. Any prorated adjustments will be calculated automatically and reflected on your next invoice.
Downgrades
Before downgrading, ensure your team doesn’t rely on features available only in higher tiers. Data remains intact; restricted features become read-only or hidden depending on the plan.
