Admin Hub Overview
What the Admin Hub is, who can access it, and what it controls.

Purpose

The Admin Hub is the control center for RenewalPRO site administration. It allows Admins to manage:

  • Branding (logo)
  • Backup & Restore (local database snapshot + restore)
  • Outbound Email (SMTP) configuration + test
  • AWS S3 configuration (cloud backups + attachment storage)
  • User Management (create users, update roles, delete users)

Access & Roles

Only users with the Admin role can access the Admin Hub.

  • Viewer: read-only access to renewals
  • Approver: read-only + approval workflow actions (if enabled elsewhere)
  • Coordinator: create/edit renewals
  • Admin: full access + Admin Hub access
Note: If a non-admin navigates to Admin Hub, they will see an “Access denied” message.
